Smoothies became one of my favorite cold drinks… Since we went to Costa Rica, the cafe Organico’s smoothies inspired me to buy a blender and make some smoothies! Of course my recipes are still beginner level but I love it!

So to prepare the smoothie I froze the bananas and use frozen fruits like strawberries, blueberries, mangos and peaches…My favorite combination is banana, strawberry, wild berry..

1 1/2 cup soy milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup wild berry frozen or fresh

1/2 frozen strawberry frozen or fresh

Just blend all the ingredients and voila! you can get the energy for the rest of the day for sure!

My next favorite combination is frozen banana, shredded coconut, soy milk and cacao powder!
